Trinity is building a pipeline of proprietary product candidates. It has evaluated two product candidates based on the TriPex™ system and has demonstrated successful delivery of therapeutic payloads in non-human primates. The company is conducting IND-enabling studies with metabolic peptide targets primarily for diabetes. Through rigorous preclinical studies, Trinity has validated the biological response, payload liberation and therapeutic effects of these molecules, and is proceeding to establish proof-of-principle of the TriPex™ system with other macromolecule classes.
